This project was a major undertaking, adding a 2,156 S.F. second floor to an expansive 6,380 S.F. single-story home. The addition was designed to create a completely new dimension of living, including four new bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a loft, a study area, and a laundry room.

 

This thoughtful expansion not only doubled the home's living capacity but also transformed it into a multi-level estate with distinct private and shared spaces.
