Office Tenant Improvement

This two-building tenant improvement project reimagines over 6,800 sq. ft. of commercial space into a modern, efficient workplace for Macias Consulting.

Building A (4,209 sq. ft.) and Building B (2,620 sq. ft.) feature a comprehensive redesign including new restrooms, private offices, conference rooms, break areas, and updated mechanical, electrical, and lighting systems.

The design introduces a clean industrial aesthetic with contrasting textures of plaster and metal panel cladding, large windows for natural light, and a consistent visual rhythm across both buildings.

 

Circulation and transparency were key drivers — fostering collaboration while maintaining functional separation between workspaces.
