This project transformed a garage into a highly functional Junior Accessory Dwelling Unit (JADU). The design prioritized an open floor plan to maximize natural light and create a feeling of spaciousness.

 

A key feature is the strategic dividing wall between the living and bedroom areas, a creative solution that offers essential privacy while maintaining the open, airy feel of the space.
