This project transformed a property by prioritizing shared outdoor space and modern living. By demolishing an outdated garage, we were able to create a unique and highly desirable yard that serves as a central hub for gathering.

 

The new 672 sq. ft. ADU was meticulously designed with an open layout, high ceilings, and a strong connection to the outdoors, ensuring the entire property functions as a cohesive and inviting home.
